TAURAS-FENIX depositing and forming machines are used for producing a wide variety of confectionery products. The equipment performs precise dosing and forming of dough masses with different densities and textures, including shortbread, gingerbread, choux, sponge batter, two-color dough and aerated confectionery masses (such as marshmallow).
The machines support four technological forming methods:
• String cutting — forming flat cookies of various shapes using interchangeable dies.
• Diaphragm cutting — production of gingerbread and filled products where the filling is
fully enclosed inside the dough piece.
• Depositing with cut-off — forming shaped cookies using interchangeable nozzles with
the possibility of nozzle rotation for more complex patterns.
• Tray pouring — dosing liquid or semi-liquid batters into trays for producing sponge
cakes, muffins and similar products.
The product lineup includes models designed for different productivity levels:
• Pitpack OP1 — string and diaphragm cutting for simple cookies and gingerbread,
with the option of depositing directly onto an oven conveyor.
• Pitpack OP3 — string cutting and depositing with cut-off, enabling production of a
wide range of flat and shaped cookies.
• Pitpack OP4 — a multifunctional machine supporting all four forming technologies,
including processing of marshmallow masses.
The equipment enables the production of flat cookies, shaped cookies, two-color cookies, filled gingerbread products, two-color marshmallow, sponge layers, muffins, meringues and choux pastry blanks for éclairs and profiteroles.
