TAURAS-FENIX automatic filling lines are designed for filling water, beverages, dairy products, condensed milk, juices, vegetable oils, vinegar, household chemicals, automotive fluids and other liquid products into PET and glass bottles, jars, containers up to 10 liters, as well as plastic canisters.
Each line consists of rinsing, dosing and capping modules, integrated by a conveyor system. All components are made of corrosion-resistant materials approved for use in food and dairy processing. An Ultra Clean version is available for operation in a controlled hygienic environment.
The equipment supports capping with screw caps (twist-off), tamper-evident closures, application of sleeve labels, inkjet marking, water ozonation and integration with downstream group packaging modules (carton tray, shrink film, etc.).
