TAURAS-FENIX Gable Top filling machines of the TF-RPP series are designed for packaging liquid and semi-liquid products into carton packages with a top gable closure (Gable Top format). The machines operate with flat pre-cut blanks coated with polyethylene and perform the full packaging cycle: carton opening and forming, optional ultrasonic cap welding, precise volumetric dosing, hermetic sealing and date coding.
The machines support standard rectangular formats from 0.25 to 1 liter as well as extended and shaped carton designs. Optional features include automatic CIP cleaning systems and Ultra Clean execution for filling in a controlled hygienic environment. All product-contact parts are made of corrosion-resistant materials.
TF-RPP series machines are suitable for filling milk, kefir, fermented dairy products, cream, drinking yogurt, fruit beverages, berry drinks, syrups, juice blends, as well as wine and low-alcohol drinks. The equipment can be integrated into complete production lines with transport and group packaging modules.
