TAURAS-FENIX industrial production lines are designed for automated manufacturing of glazed cheese bars of various shapes and compositions. The equipment performs the full technological cycle: depositing of curd mass, forming of product blanks, chocolate enrobing, cooling and subsequent packaging in three-seam flow pack bags.
The lines make it possible to produce a wide assortment of products, including:
- Cheese bars with condensed milk
- Cheese bars with jam or fruit filling
- Products with chocolate or coconut sprinkling
- Cheese bars on a shortbread biscuit base
- Glazed confections such as “potato” cake-style products
The equipment ensures precise forming and stable feeding of curd mass, uniform chocolate coating, accurate operation of cooling conveyors and smooth integration with LINEPAK horizontal flow pack machines for final packaging.
The lines can be additionally equipped with group packaging modules — tray packing, carton loading or shrink wrapping — providing a complete, fully automated production cycle.
All TAURAS-FENIX solutions are adapted to product characteristics, required throughput and the plant’s layout.
