TAURAS-FENIX equipment for filling and packaging products in stand-up Doypack (stand-up pouch) format includes solutions for both ready-made preformed pouches and for forming pouches from roll film. The Doypack format ensures excellent shelf appeal, convenient storage and the ability to integrate options such as a spout or zip-lock closure.
Compact machines for pre-made Doypacks are suitable for small and medium production, providing automated pouch feeding, opening, dosing, sealing and capping. High-performance roll-fed Doypack lines allow precise control of pouch forming, sealing, spout welding and dosing parameters according to product characteristics.
The equipment series enables filling of a wide range of liquid, paste-like and dry products: mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sauces, honey, jams, preserves, condensed milk, algae-based caviar substitutes, snacks, milk powder, olives, capers, pet food, cosmetics and household liquids. Integration into complete packaging lines is available, along with various dosing systems and options such as zip-lock, euro slot, tear notches and valves.
